We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Whether you purchased our cute cat strawberry sneakers or custom dinosaur skeleton shoes, you have 30 days to request a return, provided the shoes are unworn, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging. Please note: Fully personalized bridal or custom embroidered shoes may be subject to specific restrictions unless they arrive damaged or defective.
